Job Summary: As the SEO Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our online presence and improve rankings on major search engines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals, analyze website performance, and stay abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvement in our SEO initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:

    • Formulate and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  2. On-Page Optimization:

    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements to improve search engine visibility and enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and resonates with target audiences.
  3. Off-Page Optimization:

    • Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link-building initiatives and outreach campaigns.
    • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to strengthen online presence.
  4. Technical SEO:

    • Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.
    • Collaborate with web development teams to implement SEO-friendly website enhancements and ensure optimal site performance.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance to internal stakeholders.
  6. Stay Informed:

    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and optimization in the ever-evolving landscape of SEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, web analytics, and content management systems.

Responsibilities:

  2. Social Media Strategy:

    • Develop and implement social media content strategies to support overall marketing goals.
